CH 02 / DESIGN & BUILD
Designed to be looked at. Engineered to be used.
A website design company that also writes the code. UX, UI, WordPress and front-end engineering, delivered in house from Lexington, Kentucky, for companies that need the site to convert rather than simply exist.
A website is not a brochure with a scroll bar. Before anything is drawn, the question is what a visitor has to be able to do, and what the business needs them to do instead of leaving.
A VISUAL EXAMPLE OF STRUCTURE, NOT A CLIENT DESIGN.
FROM BRIEF TO BUILD / 04
Design and engineering are the same job done in sequence. Here is the sequence.
What the site is for, who it is for, and what each page owes them. The sitemap, the page inventory and the URL structure, settled before a single screen is designed.
User flows, wireframes and the decisions about order and hierarchy. This is where most conversion problems get fixed — months before anyone argues about a color.
Type, color, spacing and motion, built as a component library rather than a stack of one-off pages, and designed at the widths people actually browse at.
Semantic HTML, responsive CSS and as little JavaScript as the job needs. Built to pass Core Web Vitals rather than patched afterwards to survive them.
Bespoke themes rather than bought ones, WooCommerce where a storefront is needed, and a custom or headless build where a CMS would only get in the way.
Keyboard and screen-reader testing, checks on real devices, redirects mapped before the switch, and analytics that work on day one rather than day thirty.
SELECTED WORK / 05
Four very different briefs. Four very different places to land.
SELECT A PROJECT / WATCH IT COME TO LIFE
CASE STUDIES / 06
One engagement, in the client’s own numbers.
THE RESULTS
A premium service with no visibility on Google and no organic traffic at all. Outdated and irrelevant pages were still indexed, and without a working knowledge of SEO there was no way to tell which problem was which.
Keyword research and target personas first, then the site’s content and structure rebuilt around what people actually search for, with UX and UI improvements alongside it.
THE PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE / 07
Verified Google reviews from business owners, creatives and brands who trusted us with their digital growth.
I’ve been in business for 12 years now and I’ve gone through so many web designers and lead generators and marketing teams never finding the right person or group. I randomly found Global Titans on Reddit and figure that I would give it a shot. This turned out to be one of the best Marketing groups I managed to find In over a decade.
Been using this company for 3 months and already seeing great response. Excellent, professional, knowledgable, patient, understanding. I cant say enough good things about these guys. If you are trying to muck thru social media on your own stop immediately and call these peops up. Game changer.
Extremely interested in the projects presented. Invested in the job to a transcendent degree, and the work shows. Ash took rudimentary sketches and turned them into iconic art I’m proud to display for my projects. I’m still working with the company currently and foresee bright horizons with their help!
Narcie is wonderful to work with. She is incredibly professional and talented. She did a brilliant job for my business website and even advised us on our social media side. Highly recommended.
The marketing team consistently delivers top-notch campaigns that drive measurable results. Their creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail make a real impact on our brand visibility and customer engagement.
Amazing. The best in the business. Took my Rinky dink website and turned it into a master piece !!!! Very responsive. Professional. Top quality. Knows what they are doing. Still continue to utilize their service
Quick, efficient, and exactly what I needed. recommend!
I’m very happy I met Narcie & her team. They helped me a lot with my Facebook & even helped me regain access after weeks of being locked out! Highly recommended. They are great to work with and extremely knowledgeable.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ACTUALLY ASK / 08
Three questions, each one a term people genuinely search for. The answers include the parts that are not flattering to us.
User experience design is the part of the work that decides what a site does before anyone decides what it looks like: what a visitor is trying to achieve, what they have to be able to find, and in what order. It produces flows, wireframes and structure rather than pictures. When it is skipped, the result is a site that photographs well and converts badly.
The build is rarely the part that takes the time. A brochure site is a matter of weeks once the content exists; a storefront or an integrated platform is longer. What actually sets the schedule is how quickly decisions are made and how ready the content is — which is why we settle both before a timeline is written rather than after.
WordPress when people who are not developers need to change the site without asking anyone, which is most businesses. A custom build when the site is really an application, when the data model is genuinely unusual, or when a CMS would fight the thing you are trying to do. The wrong answer is choosing WordPress and then buying a theme that has to be dismantled before it can be used.
